Students will learn about the design principle being used in real-life projects. We are also required to transform those principles into a new folly project. And yet we also learnt about the function of site analysis and applied it to our design

Poetic Journey Structure

We were required to do our won research about the real-life project then investigate its applied design principles and transform them into analysis diagrams & models

Project 2a

The Discovery Center (Genius Loci) - Site Analysis, Site Response and Design Concept

This project trains students' ability of site analysis, which will help the future architectural design. Students should learn to express their personal explanations and feelings about a given place through sketches and intuition boards.

Project 2b

The Discovery Center (Visitor Center for Jalan Terusan Utama Parit 4, Kampung Sg Hj Dorani)

This project requires students to further explore the qualities of space through a more complex project. By creating an independent visitor center, it takes into account the needs of people, places and cultures and is related to spatial poetics.
