Architecture Design 1

If I knew where I was going, I wouldn't do it. When I can predict or plan it, I don't do it.
-Frank Gehry

Students will learn about self and body perception, construction, materiality, and tectonics in this module. Knowledge of body motions and user experience, as well as anthropometrics and ergonomics, all aid in the construction of intrapersonal space.

Project 1

Geometry and Form: Architectural Design Elements and Principles - Form transformation

We were required to create tatoo stamps based on design principles and rules then transform them into models

Project 2

Tectonics: Material, Anthropometric and Ergonomic Exploration -Isolation Structure

We were required to create a structure for isolation and study about the anthropometry and ergonomics into the design of a tectonic structure.

Project 3

Interpretation and Representation: Principles, Tectonics and Sensory – Sensory Space

We were asked to use the principle, structures, materiality, anthropometry and ergonomics to create another structure/space for the pandemic.

In this final project, we were introduced by the lecturer to a new thing called sensory, therefore the space created must have fulfilled core emotion and sensory-related to the design itself.
